An Apple crumble with a savoury golden crumb topping is an irresistible call to your taste buds. Try this easy recipe to keep your buds asking for more.
Ingredients
- 2 packets Digestive Biscuits
- 75 gm unsalted Butter
- 500 gm Apple
- 50 gm Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar
- One pinch cinnamon powder
- 20 gm Raisins
- 10 gm Cashew Nuts
- Whipped cream
- Mint leaves
Preparations
- In a mixing bowl add crushed digestive biscuits, unsalted butter and mix well.
- In a pan melt some unsalted butter. Add chopped apples, Mawana select breakfast sugar, cinnamon powder, raisins, cashew nuts and cook well.
- Layer the biscuit crumble on the bottom of a baking dish. Top it up with the cooked apple mixture followed by the biscuit crumble. Bake the dish in the Usha OTG at 200˚ for 15 minutes
- Garnish with some whipped cream and mint leaves
