Asparagus Parmersan
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus (ends trimmed)
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 1/2tsp garlic powder powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp tablespoons olive oil
- grated Parmesan cheese (as per taste)
- Balsamic vinegar
Preparations
- Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Season the asparagus with all the ingredients except Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar.
- Select vegetables on the menu and Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes at 160°C ( Until lightly golden on the edges and slightly crispy ,shaking the basket halfway through.)
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cooked asparagus and air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
Cooking tip
Make sure to trim the ends of Asparagus.
