Ingredients
- 100 gm unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 125 gm regular flour
- 6-7 chocolate wafers
- 2 tbsp milkmaid
- 1 banana
- Honey
- Mint leaves
Preparations
- In a bowl add unsalted butter, Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar and cream them together. Add egg yolk, vanilla essence and whisk. Add refined flour and fold it into the mixture to form a dough.
- Take two ramekin bowls and glaze them with butter. Place chocolate wafer biscuits in the bottom layer. Top it with condensed milk followed by banana. Cover it with the dough.
- Bake in the Usha OTG at 180˚ for 20-25 mins.
- Garnish with honey and mint leaves.
