Beetroot Cucumber Cold Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cups boiled beetroot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ cup curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • Cucumber
  • Cream
  • Dill leaves
     

Preparations

  • Add cucumber, beetroot, garlic, curd, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice and ice cubes in the blender jar of the Usha Trienergy+ .
  • Blend all the ingredients together to make thick soup.
  • Serve cold and garnish with chopped cucumber, cream and dill leaves
     
Cooking tip

Dill leaves can be used both during garnishing & blending.
