Beetroot Cucumber Cold Soup
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 cups boiled beetroot
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ cup curd
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 5-6 ice cubes
- Cucumber
- Cream
- Dill leaves
Preparations
- Add cucumber, beetroot, garlic, curd, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice and ice cubes in the blender jar of the Usha Trienergy+ .
- Blend all the ingredients together to make thick soup.
- Serve cold and garnish with chopped cucumber, cream and dill leaves

Dill leaves can be used both during garnishing & blending.
