Bellpeppers with Quinoa
Ingredients
- 1 cup Quinoa (cooked salt added while boiling)
- 2 Bell peppers (Halved and deseeded)
- 1 tbsp green Zucchini diced
- 1 tbsp yellow zucchini, diced.
- 6 Cherry tomatoes (Halved)
- 2 tbsp corn kernel
- 2 tbsp Green Apple diced
- 4 tbsp Feta cheese cubed.
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper (as per taste)
Preparations
- Mix cooked quinoa with all the ingredients, (except olive oil)
- Stuff the bell pepper halves with the quinoa mixture.
- pour olive oil on top.
- Select vegetables And air fryer until done.
Cooking tip
Make sure the quinoa is not over cooked and add salt while boiling quinoa.
