Burrata rocket toast

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of sourdough bread
  • Butter as per taste (Garlic or Herbed Butter - Optional)
  • 2 balls of burrata cheese (evenly divided to spread on three slices)
  • Approx. 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  •  4 tbsp Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 1 onion thin sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil.
  • Arugula (Rocket Leaves as per taste)
     

Preparations

  • Butter and Toast the sourdough bread for 2 to 3 minutes or until  light brown.
  • Remove the bread from the air fryer
  • In the centre of the sourdough slice, add approximately 1 tbsp of Burrata cheese
  • Spread mozzarella cheese on the bread evenly ( Lightly season with salt and pepper)
  • Add cherry tomatoes and onions, spreading evenly over the bread
  • Select Grill and air fry for 2 to 3 minutes at 180°  C or until the cheese has melted and the tomatoes are soft .
  • Drizzle some olive oil before placing arugula leaves over the toast .
