Burrata rocket toast
Ingredients
- 3 slices of sourdough bread
- Butter as per taste (Garlic or Herbed Butter - Optional)
- 2 balls of burrata cheese (evenly divided to spread on three slices)
- Approx. 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 4 tbsp Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1 onion thin sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Arugula (Rocket Leaves as per taste)
Preparations
- Butter and Toast the sourdough bread for 2 to 3 minutes or until light brown.
- Remove the bread from the air fryer
- In the centre of the sourdough slice, add approximately 1 tbsp of Burrata cheese
- Spread mozzarella cheese on the bread evenly ( Lightly season with salt and pepper)
- Add cherry tomatoes and onions, spreading evenly over the bread
- Select Grill and air fry for 2 to 3 minutes at 180° C or until the cheese has melted and the tomatoes are soft .
- Drizzle some olive oil before placing arugula leaves over the toast .
