Chicken Malai Tikka

Incredible Tandoor dish from the Indian sub-continent loved all over the world. Make them at home in just a few easy steps.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cheese
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tbsp chilli paste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 gm chicken
  • Bell peppers
  • Coriander leaves

Preparations

  • In a mixing bowl add hung curd, cream, lemon juice, cheese, cardamom powder, ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi, chilli paste, black pepper powder, salt, oil and mix well. Marinate the chicken pieces evenly. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  • Grill using the Usha OTG at 200˚ for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with some salad and garnish with bell peppers and coriander leaves.
