Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup soaked kabuli chana
- 3 tbsp carrot
- 3 tbsp cabbage
- 3 tbsp tomato
- 3 tbsp onion
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
- 3 tbsp papadi
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 2 tbsp mint chutney
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Curd
- Sev
- Papadi
Preparations
- Turn the knob of the Usha Electric Pressure Cooker to Bean mode.
- Add water, salt, kabuli chana to it and close the lid of the cooker. Cook the chana till the knob of the Usha Electric Pressure Cooker resets itself to the Keep Warm mode.
- Transfer the boiled chana to a bowl. Add carrot, cabbage, tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, papadi, chaat masala, red chilli powder, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, lemon juice and give it a nice mix.
- Garnish with papadi, coriander leaves, mint leaves, curd, mint chutney and sev.
