Fresh Coriander and Mint infused Tandoori Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 500g chicken wings
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 3 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder (add all these ingredients and make a common paste)
- 3 tbsp fresh coriander paste
- 2 tbsp fresh mint paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Green chilli as per taste )
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
Preparations
- Marinate the chicken wings in all the ingredients for 2 hours.
- Place the chicken wings in a single layer on the air fryer tray.
- Select Chicken on the menu and air fryer. Let the chicken wings cook at 180° for 15 to 18 minutes (flip the chicken wings At half time and cook for the remainder time or until done.
- Served with yogurt and mint chutney

Season with lemon before serving.
