Gulkand Milkshake with Nuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup soaked nuts
- 6-8 ice cubes
- 2 tbsp gulkand
- 1 ½ cup milk
- Rose petals
Preparations
- Add mixed soaked nuts in the blender jar of the Usha Trienergy+ . Blend the nuts.
- Add ice cubes to the jar and crush the ice by using the pulse function on the Usha Trienergy+
- Now add the gulkand, milk and blend everything together.
- Pour the milkshake into a glass and garnish with rose petals.
Cooking tip
Don't add excess of Gulkand, else it will become sweet.
Organic rose petal can be added for more authentic flavour
