Gulkand Milkshake with Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked nuts
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp gulkand 
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • Rose petals

Preparations

  • Add mixed soaked nuts in the blender jar of the Usha Trienergy+ . Blend the nuts.
  • Add ice cubes to the jar and crush the ice by using the pulse function on the Usha Trienergy+ 
  • Now add the gulkand, milk and blend everything together.
  • Pour the milkshake into a glass and garnish with rose petals.
     
Cooking tip

Don't add excess of Gulkand, else it will become sweet.
Organic rose petal can be added for more authentic flavour
