Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 dry red chilli
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- 6-8 curry leaves
- 1 tsp chilli paste
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup mix vegetables (French Beans, carrot, zucchini )
- 1 tsp Mawana Super Fine Sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
- Coriander leaves
Preparations
- In a mixing bowl and yogurt and whisk it. Now add gram flour and blend it into the yogurt.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilly, asafoetida, curry leaves, chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and sauté. Add mixed vegetables, Mawana Super Fine Sugar, salt and give it a stir.
- Pour the yogurt and gram flour mixture into the pan. Top it up with some water and stir to blend everything together. Give the kadhi a boil and add a tempering of curry leaves and mustard seeds. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
