Smooth, creamy, delicious Indian Cottage Cheese curry, adored throughout the country.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 cardamoms
- 3-4 black peppercorns
- 2 green chillies
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Water as required
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1 cup spinach puree
- 150 gm paneer
- Salt to taste
- 8-10 tbsp milk
- Ginger
- Red chilli
Preparations
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cardamom, black pepper, green chillies, onion and sauté till light brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, water and give the masalas a quick stir. Pour in the tomato puree and let it cook through.
- Now add the spinach puree, paneer cubes, milk and season with salt and mix well.
- Serve hot and garnish with some ginger juliennes and red chillies.
