River Sole with Mango Salsa
Ingredients
Marination
- 2 river sole fillets (approximately 100 to 150 grams each)
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 1tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1tsp brown sugar
- 1tsp sweet paprika
- 1tsp Garlic paste
- 2 tsp Olive oil
Salsa-
- 2 mangoes cubed
- ½ red bell pepper chopped.
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparations
- In a bowl, combine all the marination ingredients and Mix well.
- Pat dry river sole fillets and marinate in the mixture.
- Select Fish on the menu and Air fry at 160° for 8 minutes, turn the fish and cook for another 6 minutes or until done.
- Combine all the salsa ingredients to make a salsa .
- Serve air fryed river sole with the salsa.
Cooking tip
Do not over ripped mangoes.
