Sesame Seeds & Ragi Atta Cookies
Ingredients
- 100 gm almonds
- 100 gm ragi flour
- 100 gm whole wheat flour
- 100 gm Mawana Super Fine Sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Water as required
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
Garnish
- Almond sauce
Preparations
- Add almonds in the Usha Nutrichef Mini Chopper and chop them coarsely.
- In a mixing bowl add the coarse almonds, raagi flour, whole wheat flour, Mawana Super Fine Sugar, baking powder, sesame seeds, vanilla essence, olive oil, water and knead a stiff dough.
- Now roll it thin. Use a cookie cutter to cut cookies, and place them on a lined baking tray. Top it up with sliced almonds.
- Place the cookies in the Usha OTG and bake at 180˚ for 30 mins.
- Garnish with almond sauce.
