Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 4 Portobello mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • Breadcrumbs (as required)
  • Parmesan cheese (as required)
  • Salt to taste 
  • Pepper to taste 

Preparations

  • Remove the stems from the Portobello mushrooms and gently scrape out the gills. (Clean well.)
  • Mix chopped garlic ,olive oil ,chopped spinach Cream cheese salt & pepper
  • Stuff the spinach mixture into the Portobello mushrooms.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on air fryer tray, Select vegetables on the menu.(air fry At 180°C for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and light golden brown)
     
Cooking tip

Let the cheese and bread crumbs form a nice crust before removing from air fryer.
