Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 4 Portobello mushrooms
- 4 tbsp Spinach
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- Breadcrumbs (as required)
- Parmesan cheese (as required)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preparations
- Remove the stems from the Portobello mushrooms and gently scrape out the gills. (Clean well.)
- Mix chopped garlic ,olive oil ,chopped spinach Cream cheese salt & pepper
- Stuff the spinach mixture into the Portobello mushrooms.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on air fryer tray, Select vegetables on the menu.(air fry At 180°C for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and light golden brown)
Cooking tip
Let the cheese and bread crumbs form a nice crust before removing from air fryer.
