Sugarcane Rice Dessert
Ingredients
- 250 ml sugarcane juice
- 1 cup cooked basmati rice
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 tsp fennel powder
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup mixed dry fruits (cashew, raisins, pista)
Garnish
- Vanilla ice cream
- Caramel sauce
- Mixed dry fruits
- Mint leaves
Preparations
- Heat sugarcane juice in a pan. Add cooked basmati rice and cook.
- Add rose water, fennel powder, cardamom powder, mixed dry fruits (cashew, raisins, pista) and mix.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream and garnish with caramel sauce, mixed dry fruits and mint leaves.
