Anjeer and Dry Fruit lassi
Ingredients
- 6-8 soaked dried figs (anjeer)
- 5-6 cashewnuts
- 5-6 soaked and deskinned almonds
- 5-6 pistachios
- 2 tbsp jaggery powder
- 1 ½ cups of yogurt
- Chopped dry fruits for garnish
Preparations
- Add dried figs, cahsewnuts, almonds, pistachios, jaggery powder and 2 tbsp of yogurt to the blender jar.
- Use the Usha Maximus + to blend the ingredients together. Once done add the remaining yogurt to the jar and blend.
- Pour the lassi into the glass and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
Cooking tip
Fig should be soaked in water for minimum 6 hours
