Zucchini Yakhni
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 zucchini
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp fennel powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- Water as required
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1 tsp Mawana Super Fine Sugar
Garnish
- Coriander sprigs
Preparations
- In a pan add mustard oil, chopped garlic, zucchini and cook. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, ginger powder, fennel powder, salt, garam masala powder and cook. Add some water and mix well. Add hung curd, Mawana Super Fine Sugar and cook.
- Serve hot and garnish with coriander sprigs.
